Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our professional and dynamic kitchen team at our award winning restaurant Bacar Restaurant & Bar , located within the Pullman Hotel. Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading the smooth, day-to-day operation within our award-winning restaurant during lunch and dinner service period. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage lunch and dinner service. Lead the team, ensuring adequate supplies are available for service. Prepare and present menu items with creativity, variety, and flair. Train and develop the team to deliver high-quality preparation and presentation. Ensure effective stock rotation and minimise wastage. Mentor and coordinate the work of junior chefs. Assist with implementing programs to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen. Lead by example, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
